Sorry. They don't deliver. It dine-in and take out only
No,
They are sent to you
Si but they run out fast.
I go there frequently and tamales are $1.50 each or $14.00 per dozen.
They don't sell any beer and no liquor just food
It is not there
Maybe it's open now! But I'm not sure! Check the schedules!
Torta was amazing! Super delicious can't wait to go back!!
Being from south texas area i was really impressed food was very tasty and satisfying great awesome tasty mole and tacos will be back for seconds
Ordered takeout from here during the lunch rush and I was not disappointed. Staff are taking all necessary precautions against COVID-19. Not to mention they’re really nice. Food is definitely worth the price because w/ 2 tacos I was more than full. I advise anyone in the area to try it out. I will definitely be coming back.
Love El Milagro their tacos are huge! Tamales and champurrado delisioso as well as the other items offered. You can't go wrong and you leave full and very satisfied. Love the food!
Food was excellent, but there are flies EVERYWHERE at the grill/counter, was disgusting. I saw no flypaper nor those new sticky-paper-on-lampshade traps where you cant see the dead bugs. Nothing. No pest control, but this is Chicago and they just paid off the inspector like everyone else does. Best lime chicken I'd EVER had, just a tiny bit dry due to the thinner slices. Steak was plain. Cant get over the flies though. I just wonder how many maggots I had eaten. The tortillas were freshly made...never had this before, it was amazing. They sell tortilla chips in bulk right next door along with chili peppers and tortillas. Its about the same price in the grocer. These chips dont go stale as fast as others...paper bag absorbs moisture as opposed to plastic bags that dont, maybe? Worth a trip, they have a parking lot with attendant and armed guards inside. Sanctuary city, so be careful.
I normally go to this milagros and I love it. However lately it hasn’t been as good. I ordered tamales this past weekends and they weren’t completely cook. 🤢🤢🤢 Took them to work and didn’t realize it until it was too late.
This place is increible. Everything tastes like abuela made it herself. A classic Pilsen spot for tacos (the carne asada is ah-mazing) or the plates (pollo en mole is my go-to. Nothing is a bad choice EVERYTHING here is fresh and the new barriers they put up make you feel really safe and socially distanced.
Delicious food and wonderful staff! The staff is very kind, helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!
One of the best carne asada tacos 😋
Best taco place in the WORLD if you ask me. I go to the 26th St and Blue Island Ave locations-AWESOME!
Try the Burrito Suizo! Steak burrito with melted cheese on top. The steak tacos are very good as well. Do not recommend the espinzo at all way to much bone. They have plenty of parking.
I love those tortillas.
Tacos were huge and delicious. Food was cheap and quick. I got the chicken with mole and the lengua. They were awesome and I will definitely come back.
I took my children for lunch. Their staff are taking all types of precautions against covid-19, which is great. The problem I had was the food. My kids had chicken tacos, they were ok. I ordered a beef stew (guisado de res) taco. I found most of the meat in my taco was not edible, rubbery tendons or something like that. At $4 plus a taco that's just disgusting!
Some of the best tacos I've ever had. Can't wait to come back. I don't speak fluent Spanish yet the cashier was understanding and very polite. Can't wait to try more from here!
Great tamales..get the chicken, the cheese,or bean if you want a basic tamale. On a cold day with a cup of coffee, three tamales will mend whatever spiritual or mundane woes you have. Or try the chicken with mole sauce.
Great Authentic Mexican food. This is a very popular restaurant in the South Lawndale area of Chicago, because it is so well known and liked for its great tasting, inexpensive and authentic food, it might be difficult to find a table. But worth waiting in line to place a to-go order.
Grilled chicken tacos are the best!
Love their food. Tamales are great.
The food was delicious - I ordered chicken in mole sauce and took it to go. I picked a bad time as it was very crowded and the line wrapped around the tables where patrons were seated and enjoying their meals. Still, you can't beat the price and quality of the food. I hadn't been there in a couple of years and decided to stop by for an early dinner. I probably won't return for a while but do recommend trying it out as you won't be disappointed. The food tastes very fresh and the serving sizes are generous.
Great variety of authentic mexican dishes. They sell tacos as well and tamales. Expect a line when you visit on a weekend they tend to get very very long and its always super . They now have a second parking lot so theirs plenty of parking.
I'm not really into this type of food. Sorry
Great food, great prices. I expected smaller beef chunks with the steak taco, but it was more like a miniature steak dropped onto tortillas with beans, rice, and greens. I got a taco, two small tamales, and a soda for under ten dollars. Casual, informal atmosphere, but the bathroom sinks were very nicely painted. Good place.
Tortillas are yummy! So why would it not have a restaurant. Food is very authentic and in very large portions. Definitely one of the favorites in the area. Great prices as well!
Great food, great and helpful customer service... ordered food for 30'people and was very happy, everyone loved it, good job guys, and for sure will come back soon
Great place for real authentic Mexican food. Love it!!
The flavor of their food and tamales is unique, I like that they have a wide varitity of tamales and delicious champurrado, small line to order and its kind of self service, you no need to leave tips!! Great place.
This place is really fire still! They have individual see through booths around the tables to protect from covid 19! It's cool! I've been going there for years and the quality of the food is still top notch! I live in Rochelle, IL and my wife and I traveled to eat here🔥 muchísimas gracias El Milagro! Still going strong!
Monster SIZE tacotes stacked beans, rice, salsa, cabbage, optional of course but you pay what you get. Literally full size carne asada steak. Good food you do have to wait for a min in a line to order not ala carte!!! If you hungry like sasquash its worth the wait and the $$ chips @ salsa are extra.......
Great customer service and outstanding authentic Mexican food!!
OMGosh! So freaking good! Yes, you'll end up waiting in line just to order food, even a drink but the food... so delicious! I have many Mexican spots that I love and haven't visited El Milagro in a very long time until last night. We ordered a steak taco and a torta to split. They were the best taco and torta I have ever eaten. And believe me... I've eaten a lot of tortas and tacos in my life. We ordered a steak burrito to go for our son and he loves Mexican food. Usually from Paco's Taco or Aquascalientes, but he said that this was the best burrito he's ever had. Boy oh boy! So we will be back. Just make sure to schedule time for ordering. You can wait up to 15 minutes to simply place an order or longer. Depends on the hour and day.I heard the Molle de Pollo is devine. Be well.
CHEAP MEAT NOT FLAVORFUL AT ALL, THE STEAK MEAT IS THIN & DRY!!!! HORRIBLE PLAIN ORANGE COLORED RICE, NO FLAVOR. THIS PLACE WAS A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD BECAUSE IT IS IN A MEXICAN NEIGHBORHOOD, HOWEVER THEY HELD OUT ON QUALITY OF FOOD N ARE SELLING A VERY DECORATIVE PLACE. DON'T BE FOOLED.
I'll admit it had been a while since I've had one of these tacos but it did NOT disappoint. I was hungry so ordered two steak tacos. They double up the fresh tortillas, add beans and rice then add steak (or choice of filling - there are several) that's fresh off the grill. Add some of their marinated cabbage mix (it really makes it) and although I only ate only one, it was SUPER delicious! It's a must try!
And John one of the best and most iconic restaurants in Chicago that is desperately overlooked
Food was delicious, parking and waiting in line was hectic but when there is good food it's understandable!
Our favorite Mexican food place in Chicago. Fast food style, fast food prices, but not the fast food taste. Authentic Mexican food.
The best steak tacos I have ever had by far made with skirt steak. Portion of the tacos alone are huge could barely eat 2. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Rice and refried beans are awesome and again portions are big.
If you love their products in grocery stores you'll consider this a flavor pilgrimage. A variety of offerings from burritos, tacos, tamales, quesadillas, soups and meal plates served cafeteria style for dine in or to-go. Large portions sizes for the price and flavors on point! Small 45 minute parking lot. Tamales available for purchase by the dozen in both savory and sweet fillings. Tortillas and Masa for sale next door with larger parking lot for tortilla shop patrons.
Best food around. Going here 20 years. Come Everytime I'm in town. No Mexican in Cincinnati, Ohio like this!
One of a kind Tacos de Asada! Very friendly staff.
As you can see it's tasty and half gone !! Was Delicious
took my friend to the this taqueria she love it food is amazing staff was great try it you will love it
Always great food and customer service!
Steak was made with much love. The flavor reminds me of my moms home cooking. If you’re hungry they have so many options to choose from and honestly they are all worth it. Will definitely be back soon!
Bomb tacos and great service. The place was packed but they had an efficient system and took and served our 3 separate orders quickly.
Great food at a high pace Mexican counter serve/ self seat restaurant. I always recommend the tacos and the spicy steak stew plate. Comes with fresh tortillas, salsa on the side, rice, and amazing coleslaw. Don't expect perfect order and short wait during restaurant rush hours. Other than that, you're in for a treat!
Tacos are huge here! Stuffed with rice and beans topped with pickled cabbage! I ordered milanesa chicken but got beef, it was good but a bit overly fried. The pork with green sauce taco was my favorite! Their pineapple juice is amazing! One of my favorites to get at a Mexican restaurant!
great tacos, but beware they are huge. each taco comes with two tortillas, rice, beans, cabbage and a handful of meat. the chicken mole comes with an entire piece, like a leg.
I love the steak and chicken tacos/quesadillas... the guisados or the rest of the plates that arent stake or chicken are so-so. They give small salsa portions :( and they aren’t spicy. Most plates consist of a guisado and rice and beans and a cabbage salad. Big portions, good price. They have soda/pop and aguas frescas (horchata, Jamaica, pina)Fast service. Mostly packed at lunch. Diversity of people come here :) you order upfront where you can pass by the cooks and pay upfront. They do Cash, debit and credit. It’s clean, I haven’t seen any flies as someone commented below. There is ac and it has many tables. The space for eating in is big. :) it also has big restrooms. Friendly staff!
The food is amazing. The burrito was delicious. The steak had a rich, smoky flavor. Check it out sometime.
